    Annual Screening Process
At least once a year, your child is called to the health office for vision, hearing, scoliosis, B/P and height and weight screening.
Then there are other visits for illness, injuries and accidents, personal problems, “Monday morningitis”, daily medication and many other reasons.

The office is very busy and at times seems like a “mini emergency room”.

Taking care of ill and injured students and giving daily medication is my main priority during the day.
If I do not answer the phone, please leave me a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

All forms can be found on the left side of my web page and must be completed in their entirety for processing

    About me:

Welcome to BCIT Medford! My name is Nicole Sgouros, BSN-RN, BSHS, CSN-NJ and I am your school nurse. My background is in Med Surg / Oncology and I also worked in an Adolescent Psychiatric Facility prior to coming to BCIT. I have a Bachelor's in Health Science from Stony Brook University, and a Bachelor's in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University. I am also completing my Masters degree in Family Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University. I have a Belgian Malinois puppy named Zellie who I take to the dog park in my free time. My likes - Ocean City New Jersey, the Philadelphia Phillies, Philadelphia Eagles, food trucks, and spending time with friends and family. I love being a nurse and being able to work with the families in the BCIT community to keep the students healthy, safe and ready to learn!
