Set Your Name In Stone
Engraved bricks can mark a memory, honor a loved one, or commemorate a special occasion. They are placed within existing walkways near the front entrances of either Medford or Westampton campus. Thousands of people cross these walkways each year, and together the bricks will reflect the legacy of BCIT. Additionally, every purchase offers a tax-deductible benefit and helps the BCIT Foundation meet its mission.Sample BrickYour Choice of Sizes
A 4-inch x 8-inch rectangular brick provides up to three lines. The 8-inch x 8-inch square brick allows up to six lines. Each line can accommodate up to 20 characters in upper and lower case. (Symbols, spaces and punctuation count as characters.)
Bricks are 2 1/4-inch thick and produced specifically for legacy purposes. They are made with a patented process that turns brick clay into hardened glass, creating a product with long-term resistance to fading, chipping, oxidizing and peeling. Red bricks are laser-engraved for detail that is crisp and permanent.
Keepsake Replicas
While the brick you purchase will become a permanent part of the school’s walkway, consider adding a keepsake replica in mini size. Worthy of desktop or shelf display, a replica is a great option for gift-giving. Replicas of the 8-inch x 8-inch bricks measure 3-inch x 3-inch and are included in the price. Replicas of the 4-inch x 8-inch bricks measure 1.5-inch x 3-inch and can be added for $25. Keepsake replicas cannot be ordered without a larger brick purchase.
