Fashion Design & Merchandising
-
The Fashion Design and Merchandising program has strong basic sewing skills at the heart of its curriculum. From these beginnings, students will progress at their own pace through dressmaking, tailoring, and design. There is an emphasis on both a formal, academic approach and many hands-on projects. High interest projects will be selected to increase the students’ skill levels and the emphasis will be on the quality of the work produced rather than on quantity.
