Listen up ALL BCIT employees!  On March 29th, wear a sweatshirt...yes, a sweatshirt that represents a college, university or workforce to inspire students, during BCIT’s College & Career Fair.  Again, ALL BCIT-Medford employees REPRESENT on March 29th.

The College & Career Fair will be held on Wednesday, March 29th during lunches. There are flyers posted around the school that list the colleges, employers and military branches who are attending. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Graham in the guidance office.

Interact Club is collecting book donations all throughout the month for a Little Free Library Project. Little Free Library is a volunteer nonprofit focused on providing books to the community. Take a book, Share a book. If you have any books you would like to declutter, please drop them off to Ms. Abdallah in D205.

Attention juniors and seniors wishing to run for Prom Court: Forms are located outside of Mrs. Murro's room (D202) and Mrs. Towey's room (D226). You can also find information in your respective Google classroom. All items must be completed by April 20th for your name to appear on the ballot. See Mrs. Murro with questions.

In honor of Women's History Month, the BCIT Black Student Union will be hosting a "Just Us Girls Drive" until Friday, March 24th. Donations will be given to the Just Us Girls Organization in Camden which gives necessities to women in recovery, homeless women, and less fortunate youth. Acceptable items to donate include socks, soap, shampoo, conditioner, feminine products, deodorant, toothpaste, and toothbrushes! Please put your donations in the boxes in Mr. Barchue's classroom! Thank you.

Good Morning BCIT:  Almost 30% of LGBTQ youth in America report experiencing homelessness or housing instability at some point in their lives.  The RAIN Foundation in New Jersey provides emergency shelter, transitional housing, and permanent supportive housing services to address the needs of this group of young people.  Here at BCIT, the GSA is conducting a fundraiser for NEW (adult sized) t-shirts, sweatshirts and undergarments to donate to the RAIN Foundation.  The donation will take place from March 20-24.  You can drop off items in Mrs. Pappler's room (D206) or see a GSA member if you have questions. Thank you for your support!

Attention all juniors and seniors: The class of 2024 cordially invites you to the junior/senior prom on May 12th at Lucien's Manor. Tickets are on sale now on My School Bucks. The absolute last day to purchase a ticket is April 19th. Please plan accordingly! See Mrs. Murro or Mrs. Murrenburke with questions.

Attention all seniors - please continue to check the scholarship Google Classroom page as well as the scholarship wall in guidance for all scholarship opportunities. Please keep deadlines in mind if you are applying. If you have any questions on a specific scholarship, please see Mrs. Graham.

    Have a Tremendous Thursday!
