BCIT Medford is proud to announce that its Building Men of BCIT and BCIT Women of Tomorrow programs have been selected by Character.org as a 2026 Promising Practice.

This recognition highlights the meaningful impact of these programs and their alignment with Character.org's 11 Principles Framework for Schools.

Through mentorship, leadership development, and opportunities for personal growth, Building Men of BCIT and BCIT Women of Tomorrow help students build character, confidence, and a strong sense of belonging within the school community.
