The Library/Media Center would like to remind everyone that all library materials should be returned by June 5th so we can get everything organized and shelf-ready for the fall. Yes, the books would really love to come home before summer break! If you need an extension for a classroom assignment or because you just can’t put down an amazing book yet, see Ms. Beebe so she can work with you.
This school year, students have checked out over 2,015 books to date! A special shout-out to our students in each grade level who checked out the most books so far this year:
In 12th grade: Diego Maldonado-Espinosa has the #1 spot (31 books!)
11th grade’s top reader is “T T” Gethers-Tukes (27 books!)
10th-grade London Gunther has the lead. (28 books!)
9th grade had a big shout-out to Chase Porter (26 books!)
Did you know, reading helps build vocabulary, focus, and critical thinking skills, even if you don’t realize it while you’re doing it.
Attention Seniors: The Senior Picnic will be held on Wednesday, June 3rd at Liberty Lakes. Please turn in your permission slip to Mrs. Moticha in C111 by Wednesday, May 27 to secure your spot!
Attention Class of 2028 - This is a reminder that elections for next year will take place on May 28th. If you are running for president, vice president, secretary, or treasurer, complete the form and send your speech to Mrs. Murro by THIS Friday, May 22nd.
Have a Marvelous Monday!
