Additional Information: Birth Certificate and High School diploma or GED is required at registration for state licensing.
There is a $75 registration fee for all courses. Course cost DOES NOT include custom supply kits (approx. $700), classroom/project supplies, textbooks, workbooks, or uniforms.

Required Uniform
Black Leather Shoes (Estimated Cost: $39.45) NJ State Board Compliant Footwear. Must be solid black, clean, flat, and rubber-soled with a completely closed toe and closed heel. Mesh, canvas, or open-back shoes/clogs are strictly prohibited on the clinic
floor for safety and sanitation. Socks or stockings must be worn at all times.
Black Scrubs / Clinical Smock Set (Estimated Cost: $26.19)
NJ State Board Compliant Clinical Scrubs. Must be a professional, washable, clean scrub set or a
professional lab-type jacket/smock with matching pants. Important Note: Under the NJ Administrative
Code, casual streetwear, graphic t-shirts, and aprons worn over regular clothes are not acceptable as
clinical uniforms. Scrubs must be worn at all times while in class or on the clinic floor.
