Building Leaders at WesTech!
WesTech student leaders joined nearly 60 students from across the district for a full day of team building and leadership development led by Optimal Performance.
Through hands-on challenges and activities, students strengthened their communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills while building confidence and learning how to lead and support others.
Now it’s time to put those skills into action! We’re excited to see our WesTech student leaders serve as mentors, role models, and positive voices throughout our school community.
